Registration Forms and Procedures

Conference registration costs 275 US dollars for full members of an IFCS society, and $355.00 for non-members. Student members of an IFCS society pay $150 and student non members pay $170. There is a $50 late fee for payments received after June 1, and the non-member registration fees include a one-year membership in the Classification Society of North America.

The short course registration and Saturday banquet fees are $50 each. The social program fee for accompanying persons is $75

Registration for the meeting can be submitted either electronically, or uisng a paper form by fax or surface mail. To register by surface mail or fax, download and print the registration form, available in PDF, and MS Word formats. Fill out the form and mail or fax it to the address listed on the form.

Electronic registration requires several steps:

  1. Compute your total registration fee for conference registration, banquet tickets, short course registration, and social program for accompanying persons.

  2. Using a web browser, consult the following URL:

  4. Click the "make payment" button from the payment details page.

  5. Fill out the payment information on the checkout page and submit payment
